As a registered nurse Mary works with families and caregivers in establishing services, oversees education and training of Live-In staff (all of which are either CNA's or HHA's) and monitors performance improvement. Her past experiences include long term care, community health and she most recently worked for several years as Nursing Director of an Assisted Living Community. She currently serves on the board of an assisted living community as Quality Assurance Nurse and is a volunteer with the CT River District Mass Dispensing Preparedness. She recently obtained Certification in Dementia Care Training for Staff.
