Marcia is a long-time member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers, having joined the organization in 1997. She established her daily money management business in 1996 after a 22-year career in retail bank management with Fleet Bank and its predecessors. Marcia's business serves individuals (primarily in the senior market), small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. She was part of the governing body that instituted a nationwide certification program for Daily Money Managers and is currently one of less than 40 Professional Daily Money Managers in the country.
Since starting Your Everyday Assistant (Y.E.A., LLC), Marcia has focused on improving the lives of seniors and their families by bringing a level of trust and security to their daily lives. Her expertise in the financial management of nonprofit organizations and small businesses was developed during 16 years of experience in leadership and financial positions. Marcia has held various local positions with groups as large as Financial Women International or as small as The ANGELS Foundation.
